Massive thanks to Dulux
I bought 4 5ltr tins of Dulux Matt “perfectly taupe”Emulsion and made a start using two tins on my lounge giving it two coats and to my astonishment it dried totally different! I needn’t have worried as Dulux explained that there are lots of environmental factors in how colours looked in different rooms. They sent me a voucher to change the colours I had used and I chose Pebble shore and we are delighted with the finish. Thank you Dulux

Dulux one coat eggshell
Awful paint. First not the same colour as standard pure brilliant white eggshell from dulux so doors don't match surrounding woodwork - it looks like (and smells like) a shiny gloss paint. Secondly 16 hour drying time is extremely optimistic. 3 days after painting I decided to sand off and repaint with normal eggshell. Paint still wet under the surface so now the two doors are a mess of tacky paint. God knows how long it will take to dry before I can sand properly and repaint. A complete waste of time, effort and money. Will never use a dulux product again.

No wonder the dulux dog left
Wish I’d read the reviews but at the same time I’m puzzled as to how in this day and age the paint has not met all the requirements before being put out there for us lot to buy and use and then exhaustingly try to correct. Decorating sons loft, buy once (now called refresh) in warm pewter, I only wanted to go round once, the paint pulls off the first coat and it’s impossible not to, as paint has to be blended into the last bit to make progressive coverage, I seriously cannot be bothered to rub down and re paint but what would have been a near perfect job now looks amateur, I was told by customer service to thin the paint with water, what a faff about and then it drips, should be perfect and ready to use straight off. Disappointed hope my son doesn’t notice.

Dulux white weathershield A++
I've been using dulux trade brilliant white weathershield over windows and doors.. I had stripped the woodwork burned off and mirka sanded or by hand
Then coated in zinsser all purpose primer..
THIS... is how I remember their products being... reliable and know what I'm getting... Great coverage and flow... a return back to form for their paints..
Very happy clients so I'm happy
Dulux 5l tin lid popped off.
I bought a tin of Dulux 5l brilliant white paint from local Homebase store. Stored for transport in the rear footwell of the car. Less than a mile from the store the lid popped off and the tin tipped over. Leaving the rear footell full of paint.
As far as I am aware there are no transport instuction of the tin or in store.
The cost of removing the paint from footwell £2.5k.
Dulux say you should secure the tin for transport, my point where does it say that in the instructions on the tin or in store.

Dulux…Excellent Customer Service
Recently I wrote a review about Dulux paint and how disappointed I was with my latest experience with it. Delux were very quick to reply to my comments and to try to rectify my problem - however that was not possible. What they did do as a sign of good faith was to offer a voucher.
So thank you Dulux for your customer service.

I bought soft stone satin Dulux paint…
I bought soft stone satin Dulux paint to put on a white fire surround. It isn't at all the colour I expected, it's pink! I wanted it to look a light stone colour. Very disappointed.

Brought Dulux for wall and Ceilings in the colour Timeless. The texture is like water! I’ve stirred and stirred and still no improvement. I’m going to try and return as it’s unusable.
Cornflour White does not blend at all
Decided to go with a light colour in the living room so went with Cornflour White. Painted all walls white first to clear the old wall colour. Rollered the wall and cut in the edges with a brush and for the first time we have found that the cutting in with brush is darker than the roller strokes. A week later and its still a different shade. Now have to find a different colour and start all over again. Most disappointed.

Quickdry satinwood midsheen pure…
Quickdry satinwood midsheen pure brilliant white for wood and metal
This is the worst paint for wood!! Do not use under any circumstances. We used this paint on all woodwork though out the whole house (skirts, doors, windowsills) and we are having to have everything re painted after just a few months!! It still has a sticky feel to it, on the handrail on the stairs the paint has rubbed off despite having 3 coats and you cannot put anything on the windowsills without them dinting/marking. By far the worse paint I have ever used!! Avoid at all cost!!!
WOW!!!
WOW!!!! What an amazing company, with top tier paint of the highest quality. The colour is beautiful and it makes my room look so nice. I strongly recommend this paint to everyone and anyone

ABOUT TIME YOU REASISED YOUR PAINT IS NOW RUBBISH READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITEdulux paint willow green… rubbish
just used dulux paint willow green just used it in spare bedroom which was white used two coats and it is coverage is rubbish not the first time i have had a problem with dulux paint wont be using it again so i have wasted money spent on paint and the time used putting the rubbish paint on i am going to go on the nextdoor website to find out how many other people have had same problem and i have 2 other tins of dulux paint not used which i will be taking back got a messge back from dulux saying to contact them
BUT AS I SAID DONT THEY REALISE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR PAINT THEY SHOULD READ ALL THE EMAILS ABOUT IT
they say they will refund money but that does not make up for the time it takes now i will have to repaint it more time hope another coat will work if not i will have to buy another brand of paint
Does not give you confidence to use dulux in the future they say they have not changed how it is made but they must have or their would not be so many complaints about it

Terrible PBW Paint
Always used Dulux and recently bought a 10L tub of their PBW, to go over a white ceiling for a refresh.
It's dried in patches, some areas don't even look painted and I've used nearly 8L on an area that's 30sqm.
Its as bad as own brand paint from some retailers now.
